CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

You can cancel your order and request a refund by emailing info@mapmygenome.in with the order details within 24 hours of ordering. Preventive genomics products

Rs 1000 is deducted per product if the refund request is made before receiving your sample in our lab. This refund will be processed after receiving the kit. After the customer is notified that their sample is received, the order is non-refundable. Clinical genomics products

Rs 1000 is deducted per product for any cancellation request made by a customer within 2 hrs of sample collection and Rs 1500 is deducted for cancellation requests made within 24 hrs of sample collection. After 24 hrs of receiving the sample, the order is non-refundable.
